Wrap Around Care

Extended Care

For those families that wish to access extended care facilities, we offer a breakfast club and after-school club for all children. The clubs are available to all children who attend the school from Early Years to Year 6.

 

 

Breakfast Club

Monday to Friday – 7:30 am until 8:40 am Cost: £3.75 per session

Our Breakfast Club includes activities and a nutritional start to the day, with cereals, toast and fruit offered. Our Breakfast club is run by Haxby Road Primary Academy staff.

The booking and payment system for Breakfast Club is managed by Childcare Bookings for Schools. To register and book, please use the following information:

After School Club

Our After School Sessions are as follows:

  • Monday to Thursday – 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm
  • Friday – 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm

Cost: £8.75 per session Monday to Thursday; £11.75 per session Friday

Our After School Club includes activities and a nutritional snack. Our After School club is run by Haxby Road Primary Academy staff.

Activities & Provision

We provide a large range of activities including arts and crafts, construction, messy play and computers. We have a large outdoor play area.

All sessions include full use of all play equipment, games and arts and crafts.

How can I pay?

You can pay using a credit or debit card or Childcare vouchers / HMRC Tax Free Payments are also accepted for payment of wrap around care.

Contact Details and Bookings

Bookings and payments for Breakfast Club & After School Club are made via Childcare Booking System (CBS).

Registering an account is completely free and should take no longer than 5 minutes.  To register an account, you simply need to click here and provide details for:

  • The account holder (you) and your child(ren)
  • Three different emergency contacts
  • A payment card (no payment will be taken, but a card will be required to make bookings)

Registering an account now will ensure you are prepared to secure any spaces you need in the future without delay.
